Senior Engineer Resource Planning

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Perform resources (capacity, manpower, investment, material)planning, monitoring and controlling in Back End (BE) operation.
• Be responsible for product transfer and capacity ramp up including resource readiness in Frame Power Module (FPM) and Final Test (FT)operation.
• Take responsibility for capacity and resource improvements and work with cross-functional teams.
• Data analysis by using IE and Statistics tools for productivity improvement.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor\’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or related fields.
• Has experiences in Manufacturing field, Electronic or Semiconductor industry is preferable.
• Advance in MS office (Excel, Word, Power point). Basic experience in Tableau, Power BI or Power Query is preferable.
• Good communicate in English.
• Excellent communication, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skill.
