Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible to deliver test package of NPI for defined Product Lines
• Responsible and drive for final test yield stability and continuous improvement per assigned technology/package
• Interface to DIV and ensure technical capabilities and stable ramp-up of new product
• Support and drive BE productivity, ratio projects, and quality initiatives
• Responsible and drive robust test program release to production
• Support FAR data acquisition, yield analysis, and 8D execution
• Ensure SPO test program readiness and drive ES CT improvement
• Interface to FE PE, GPE & BU TE/PRE/PRM for test or product relevant topics

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Chemistry or any other relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in related fields
• Few years of experience in product, yield, and test engineering
• Board knowledge in wafer fab process, assembly, and quality system
