Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible to support site funding initiatives including actively exploring new opportunities with authorities and ensuring timely application. Drive fulfillment of the application with stakeholders.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with conditions of funding awarded, including administration, reporting, audit, ad-hoc request required by authorities and government, with stakeholders. Establish regular reporting for management and authorities.
- Leading to implement of FE Finance OP related projects at site assigned by Site CFO. Required strong organizational and leadership skills in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of a project:
- Project Planning involves defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as developing a detailed project schedule, budget, and resource allocation plan, to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and that the project plan is realistic and achievable.
- Project Execution includes overseeing the actual work being done, ensures that tasks are completed on time, and project is progressing according to plan. This involves coordinating with team members and stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed as planned.
- Project Monitoring and Control includes continuously monitoring project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and take corrective actions if required. This involves tracking KPIs, such as schedule, budget, and quality, and adjusting the project plan as needed.
- Active stakeholder management includes effective communicate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure targets are met. This involves developing and implementing a stakeholder engagement plan, as well as fostering strong relationships with team members and steering
- Responsible for site finance systems, report automations and digitalization to improve quality & finance analytics systematics, including driving excellence projects within Finance Operation in process improvement and implementation.
- Responsible for Business management software (ERP solution) including any project roll-out and improvement activities
- Responsible as interface for business case and ROI assessment to support decision making process for strategic or operational requirements with Central Finance for site topics
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance or Professional Qualification in Accountancy
- Minimum 10 years working experience in related field, preferably with manufacturing industry and project management background
- Well versed in accounting systems and processes
- Knowledge in SAP (FI, CO & BPC) module would be an added advantage
- Strong demonstrated use of data analytics tools in addition to Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
- Independent, self-motivated with strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
