Senior Manager Maintenance

As Snr Manager for Test Cell Maintenance, you will be responsible to setup & drive effective indicators such as OEE, UDT, MTBF, PM Fulfillment, PM Cycle Time, PM Effectiveness etc.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Define & drive preventive maintenance (PM) strategy & systematic and ensure compliance to perform regular PM, troubleshooting and repair of equipment to ensure to ensure safety, high availability & reliability
• Drive PM team to Analyze parts usage & life span to ensure optimum machine performance & drive cost effective PM program by managing Operating Supply and PM cost within budget
• Drive PM improvement programs to improve cycle time through lean methodology, tools, etc.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to contribute to the overall Segment performance in productivity (NLoP) and Quality (NLoZD).
• Management Contact to Vendor to drive topic improvement & issue resolutions.
• Manage Resources for effective & efficient PM operation: Oversee Technician & operator headcount (HC) allocation and daily task assignments for seamless operation
• Promote and enable the team to perform data analysis using appropriate statistical tools to analyse & understand equipment performance trends, PM effectiveness & deviations and take actions to rectify and re-validate.
• Create and maintain equipment and tool work instructions
• Define & Drive training programs for PM Engineers & technicians to improve competency & ensure adherence to best practices.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Semiconductor Technology /Microelectronics / Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronic Engineering with minimum 10 years of Backend Test relevant working experience.
• Extensive knowledge of final test processes and Semiconductor Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) & Test Handling Equipment maintenance procedure.
• Extensive knowledge of the techniques and methods of analysis & improving test cell performance.
• Strong project leaders as well as excellent team players with sound presentation skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and a multi-cultural environment.
• Strong communication and negotiating skills to manage global and multicultural management team and stakeholders successfully.
