We are seeking an entrepreneur and team player with strong experience in Product Marketing and Management. As our new Senior Product Marketing Manager, you drive and innovate the business and take ownership of reporting to management.
In your new role you will:
- Drive and shape the silicon microphone market across all market segments, in a global product marketing role, with high focus on market analysis, business cases, product- and roadmap definition
- Be the leader to define and execute the strategy for Silicon Microphones, considering latest market trends across all applications like smartphone, TWS and automotive including long-term revenue planning
- Be the project owner for all new development projects for MEMS, ASIC and packaged products with the newest chipset being responsible for the commercial success of the project
- Be responsible for defining the right business models, pricing & quoting tactics for lead customers together with the product management team
- Collaborate with colleagues from Product Marketing & Management, Finance, Operations, Technical Marketing, and R&D to drive business
You recognize and seize the potential for improving efficiency with dedication and determination. Furthermore, you demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks. Lastly, you actively look for the ideal solution and engage in professional debates with the relevant people, instead of accepting rash compromises.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 6 years of relevant working experience in Product Marketing & Management, Application Marketing & Management, and Technical Marketing
- High motivation and pleasure for creating meaningful sensor solutions that make our lives easier, safer, and greener
- Business and technical understanding of MEMS consumer & automotive sensors, applications, and markets
- The ability to manage a high level of complexity thanks to good analytical skills, creativity, perseverance, and a good sense of priorities
- The willingness to take responsibility for common goals and put the team\’s results above own interests.
- High affinity to data analytics tools (e.g. Excel)
- Fluent English communication skills, German as a plus
