Senior Manager Production Management

<![CDATA[ The ideal candidate will take product responsibility as a production manager for the ramp-up and high-volume production of Magnetic Sensing Systems, acting as the key interface between Business and Operations. With at least 9 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and proven project management skills, they will lead cross-functional teams, manage customer expectations, and drive improvements in cost, quality, and volume. The candidate will also be responsible for leading change/transfer projects, managing escalations, and utilizing problem-solving methodologies to achieve targets and milestones.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Take product responsibility as production manager (PRM) for the ramp-up and/or high-volume production of Magnetic Sensing Systems
• Act as interface between Business and Operations
• Work with internal and external customers and manage their expectations
• Lead cross-functional product ramp-up teams
• Commit yourself to milestones and targets regarding cost, volume shipped and quality
• Be responsible for cost of sales improvements through e.g. yield, testor process improvements in close cooperation with relevant production sites
• Lead change/transfer projects and 8D, focus or task force teams incase of management escalations
• Feel responsible for the production strategy of defined products

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• At least 9 years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry
• Proven project management experience in an international environment
• A profound knowledge about problem solving methodology
• Developed soft skills also on an intercultural level
• Fluent English skills
