Lead PL1 resource planning to support sustainable and profitable module growth while meeting company revenue targets.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Own end-to-end PL1 resource planning across Assembly to Test operations.
- Manage PL1 VRFC, TCR, LTCR, and Min/Max planning, ensuring accuracy and timely execution to support mid- to long-term module and segment growth, in alignment with PL1 strategy.
- Drive weekly short-term capacity (PP) planning to meet delivery commitments, division demand fulfillment, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Quality Management, and Industrial Engineering to ensure delivery stability, effective capacity planning and balancing, and achievement of company KPIs.
- Apply strong analytical skills to assess and resolve complex challenges related to capacity optimization, resource utilization, and business demand fulfillment.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with 10+ years in planning roles and 3–5 years leading medium-sized teams.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, solid semiconductor planning experience, and proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English with confident presentation skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead multi-level planning teams to meet organizational expectations and KPIs
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects to drive overall productivity and profitable growth.
