Key responsibilities in your new role
- Take full responsibility for the architecture of our next-generation MCU platform
- Define the MCU product platform and feature set in alignment with market requirements and business goals
- Collaborate with Technical Marketing and customers to define, refine, and validate use cases
- Translate market insights and customer needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications
- Evaluate and prioritize change requests based on technical impact, feasibility, and strategic fit
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive innovation across engineering
- Support the product development process as a dedicated point of contact and technical partner

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in MCU, semiconductors, or embedded systems development
- Experience in product architecture, platform definition, or system engineering
- Knowledge of MCU architectures such as ARM Cortex, RISC-V, or similar
- Understanding of embedded software, peripherals, interfaces, and system integration
- Experience translating market and customer requirements into technical specifications and supporting product lifecycle management activities
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, marketing, and business teams, supported by strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic and systems-level thinking and project or technical leadership experience
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken). German would be a plus
