As we take cutting-edge chips from conception to market, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex development projects – from customer requirements alignment to mass production.

Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of an international team driving projects in the area of Gate Drivers for industrial applications.

In your new role you will:

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams across various Infineon sites, including chip, package and technology development
• Be the contact point for stakeholders at all levels
• Master the project risks to ensure business success
• Be responsible for the whole product life cycle, from the product idea to mass production
• Proactively propose solutions and drive technical decision-making
• Be responsible for the project scope, budget, schedule and resource plan

Your Profile

Moreover, your talent for communication enables you to interact both with internal and external partners in an excellent manner. As you like being challenged at work, you are flexible in adapting to a dynamic and demanding environment. You value economic success and are eager to take responsibility and to manage risk.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A University Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
• Work experience in semiconductor technology development or physics, with at least 8 years of experience in Project Management
• Customer and business-oriented mindset
• Leadership, stakeholder management, coordination and networking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, also within intercultural teams
• Problem-solving capabilities, with both pragmatic and out-of-the-box thinking
• Fluency in English
