Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Staff Specialist Quality Management Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing scalable applications and infrastructure.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Provide technical guidance and oversight to cross-functional teams, driving the development of innovative solutions that meet business needs
• Spearhead the development of software applications in proprietary Siemens Teamcenter and .NET environments, leveraging expertise in software design patterns, principles, and best practices
• Develop and execute strategic release plans, aligning with business objectives and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products
• Lead the analysis and resolution of complex technical issues, utilizing expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements, developing a deep understanding of business needs and technical capabilities
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and trends that can drive business value and improve software development processes
• Develop, implement, and maintain technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for software development, ensuring consistency and quality across the organization
• Mentor senior engineers and technical teams, sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices to promote technical growth and excellence

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor or Master in Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent
• Min 5 years of experience in software development lifecycle and application management lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and well-versed in English (written and spoken) with global counterparts
• Track record of understanding and applying fundamental design principles for a scalable application and infrastructure
