Senior Specialist Accounting (Contract)

Ensure vendor invoice processing for payments is performed in accordance with company policies and agreed terms.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Work with the Local Controller and Procurement team to ensure vendor rebates are accurately processed.
• Strive for better productivity and efficiency through automation opportunities.
• Manage and coordinate audit inquiries related to Accounts Payable raised by both internal and external parties.
• Ensure risk management and internal control measures are effectively implemented within daily Accounts Payable operations.
• Perform reconciliation of statements of accounts and respond to vendor queries.
• Maintain proper process documentation.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Minimum of 3-5 years of accounts payable or general accountant, preferably having work experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Advanced literacy with Microsoft Office (EXCEL) and SAP ERP would be an advantage.
• Ability to use reasoning to solve problems.
• Communicate effectively with accounting team and others.
• Highly organized and able to follow a systematic method of performing a task.
• Ability to work with domestic and international teams.

Note: 8 months contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
