Senior Specialist Controlling

Develops and prepares IFX financial closing, plans and budgets. Compiles and reviews the plans and budgets for respective part of the organization, taking into consideration actual performance, previous expenditures, and estimated expenses and implements budget planning processes and supports organizational units with budget planning. Conducts financial analysis such as forecasts, trend analysis or internal gap analysis.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Full calculation of bottom up cost centre cost and Direct Material cost calculation & analysis.
• Fully manage of monthly month end closing, quarterly forecast and yearly budget.
• Understand & explain deviation in monthly performance, quarterly forecast in own production process.
• Calculate project saving and business cases.
• Good collaborations with other departments.
• Ad-hoc queries and projects involvements.
• Process improvements, digitalization.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent fields of studies.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in Finance, preferably in an international and multicultural environment.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of data analytics tool (such as Tableau) would be an advantage.
