CSM Key Users are key enabler, technical leader, main interface and first level contact within their respective area of expertise (Key User Community) with significant contribution to effective operation and further development of the particular process & tool landscape in supply chain
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

1. CSM Key Users are key enabler, technical leader, main interface and first level contact within their respective area of expertise (Key UserCommunity) with significant contribution to effective operation and further development of the particular process & tool landscape in supply chain
2. Strive passionately for standardization, automation, real time visibility and analytics
3. Evolve order management related processes and tools through innovation and simplification. We manage and contribute in respective projects
4. Drive solutions end-to-end with all relevant internal stakeholders incl. process owners through close communication and collaboration
5. Aim for continuous process and reporting optimization to achieve operational excellence
6. Enable CSM through training and information to be prepared for the requirements of the future

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Engineering,Business Information Systems, Data Analytics (or related)
2. Minimum 3 years in manufacturing supply chain/order management.Experience as process/tool key user or process expert is strongly preferred
3. Working knowledge of SAP SD/MM and strong capability with Microsoft applications (Excel advanced; Power BI)
4. Excellent data analysis, KPI/reporting design, and ability to turn insights into process improvements (automation/standardization mindsetis a plus)
5. Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; able to explain data and drive alignment across functions
6. Proactive, ownership-driven, able to work under pressure, resilient intough situations, and collaborative with good interpersonal skills
7. Able to work independently and manage multiple topics end-to-end
8. Language: Fluent English (spoken and written)
