Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Skills & Methods Learning
    • Identify training needs from Sales and Marketing teams, conduct feasibility checks, and design effective programs
    • Deliver training sessions, manage end-to-end logistics, and track attendance
    • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of training records in HR system SuccessFactors
  • Product & Application Learning
    • Develop online product and application trainings to enhance employee and partner knowledge and skills
    • Improve online training quality, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences
    • Upload product and application training materials to the Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Support distribution training events
  • Customer Learning & Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Promote the LMS platform to customers, increasing adoption and utilization
    • Develop tailored customer learning content, support on learning logistics, collect feedback, and design customized learning programs
    • Report on Learning Management System adoption metrics, analyzing data to inform future program development
  • Learning Tools & Platforms
    • Manage and maintain learning tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning effectively
    • Support stakeholders in using tools, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Execute, support, and follow-up on marketing and promotion activities for training programs
    • Ensure high-quality and relevant program delivery, meeting content owners\‘ requirements
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Collect, track, and verify training data to ensure accuracy in training reports
    • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), measure program effectiveness, and develop improvement suggestions
  • Other tasks as assigned by the management team

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Education: Bachelor\’s degree
  • Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field
    • Strong experience in Learning & Development operational process and project management
  • General Skills:
    • Strong administration and management skills, with the ability to coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of training programs
    • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
    • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and collaboration skills to engage across different levels and functions
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
    • Proactive in exploring and experimenting with new ways of working
    • Demonstrate resilience, creativity, and pro-activeness in managing dynamic and complex situations
    • Meticulous and strong in analytical thinking
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems and other training software is an additional asset
