Job Description
In your new role you will:
Software Delivery via Infineon Developer Center
- Ensure Software Packages are released to customers on time and Communicated to all Stakeholders.
- Support the customer journey in get access to software packages and license activations.
- Customization / NRE services
- Be the process owner for Customization/ NRE Services.
- Software Quote to Cash Process for Direct Customers and resellers
- Be the process owner for Quote to Cash process and enable optimizations in the process.
- Provide OITC and SAP system support to stakeholders. Organize and Provide training to new colleagues as per requirement.
- Product Master Data Management
- Be the owner of the product master data containing list of all products handled by the team.
- Ensure updates to product data in all systems based on pricing decisions.
- Software Revenue Reporting
- Analyse required data sets, create visualization and provide insights on financial performance to enable management decisions
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Should have minimum of 2-4 years.
- A degree in Bachelor of Engineering / Master of Business Administration
- Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Embedded Software products.
- Knowledge of Quote to Cash process.
