Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Take responsibility of ATV products worldwide at our silicon foundry partners and OSATs, as well as related inhouse manufacturing
• Closely collaborate with the worldwide production sites in Frontend and Backend
• Identify and drive possible product improvements with test engineering and design
• Ensure manufacturability of products by yield, fail pareto, test coverage analysis
• Analyze the cause of deviations from production targets as quality, performance or cost
• Ramp new products and rapidly bring-up test yield
• Take responsibility for special lot clearance and actively manage associated risks
• Drive and support global change management projects of own product portfolios.
• Take active part in innovation and methodology activities in product engineering

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in electrical engineering, physics or similar studies
• At least 2 years of experience within the semiconductor industry, preferably product or parameter engineering or related position
• Hands-on experience on data analysis, statistic methods as well as data base handling
• Basic knowledge about IC manufacturing and production flow including processing, assembly and production test
• Hands-on experience in electrical parameter engineering
• Ideally experience with mixed-signal power ICs
• Experience in Data analysis tools as CEDA/Silicon.da, R, Python or Tableau
• Good English and German language and communication skills, Chinese is an advantage
