Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Prepare technical, business, marketing, and management presentations and decision documents, including follow-ups
• Support, contribute, and document project and team meetings, as well as follow up action items
• Actualize project planning for critical projects and initiatives for the Product Line Acoustics
• Support the complete business spectrum from innovation over technology, markets, manufacturing, customers, and management
• Strongly interface with all relevant stakeholders, including Product Line Head, Project Leads, Project Members etc.
• Help to keep the global organization updated

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

As a Senior Specialist Project Office for Product Line Acoustics, you are ready to accept risks and take the necessary measures where required. Furthermore, you demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks. Lastly, you cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people.

• Degree in a Science subject (Physics, Electrotechnics, Informatics), Engineering, or business administration
• At least 1 year of practical experience in Management Consulting, Project Management, or similar
• Good user of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as knowledge in Tableau and Confluence
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a strong interest in digitalization topics as well as an affinity for new technologies and semiconductor industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
• Fluency in English. German skills are a plus
