Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

For our R&D lab environment, we are looking for a dedicated individual with an interest in technical topics in the field of electronics, a structured approach to work, and a passion for collaborating with a wide variety of colleagues. Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn about new topics are particularly important to us.

  • Implementation and further development of laboratory standards and guidelines in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, including the preparation and conduct of internal and external audits
  • Management and administration of test equipment, calibration data, and the Lab Scanning System as the central database expert, as well as responsibility for asset management and integration into Lab Confluence
  • Ensuring the operational readiness of test equipment by coordinating repairs, calibrations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
  • Planning and implementing investment and ordering processes, as well as managing relevant procurement procedures
  • Implementing and monitoring ESD policies, ESD laboratory certifications, and compliance with all safety regulations and work instructions
  • Adapting and redesigning the laboratory environment and test benches, including regular safety inspections (e.g., DGUV, RCD) as well as setting up and dismantling test equipment
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external customers and suppliers to coordinate cross-laboratory services and support

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Technical training/ apprenticeship, a degree in any field, or a comparable qualification; career changers with a strong interest in electronics, organizational skills, and a hands-on approach are expressly welcome
  • At least 1–3 years of professional experience in equipment maintenance, calibration procedures, and investment and ordering processes, ideally in a laboratory setting
  • Knowledge of semiconductor test equipment (e.g., test systems, probers, handling systems, oscilloscopes, power supplies) and an understanding of the setup of research and development laboratories are a plus
  • Experience with data collection tools such as SAP, MS Visio, and Microsoft 365 for reporting, documentation, and database administration
  • Enjoyment of organizing, coordinating, and implementing technical tasks; analytical and strategic thinking skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to provide cross-functional expert advice
  • Strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent stakeholder management in interdisciplinary and intercultural environments
  • Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
