Senior Specialist Resource Planning

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Drive monthly Forecast Accuracy KPI: monthly forecast setting and monitoring, plausibility checks and updates, and coordination of pull-in and push-out activities.
• Coordinate TCR CAPEX IDL, provide an overview of individual module CAPEX and input data into the OneSAP system.
• Align with Finance on FRFC CAPEX IDL and ensure data quality in investment reporting.
• Coordinate and compile CP application management with Invest Review coordination ensure CP readiness in accordance with Invest Template Guidelines, create and maintain e-CP and manage budget allocation in the OneSAP system.
• Coordinate and manage MyBuy PR creation templates, ensuring complete information for WBS elements, asset class, and work centre.
• Drive monthly Capital Cost KPI: monthly forecast setting and monitoring of AUC reporting to ensure timely AUC start-up with no business impact.
• Coordinate and report on Annual Physical Asset Sighting, Asset Audits (internal and external), and support ad-hoc audit requests.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry, manufacturing, or supply chain management.
• Quick learner, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP systems.
• Experience in IT/Digitalization or related disciplines (e.g., Tableau, KNIME, or other data analytics and visualization tools).
