Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Senior Specialist SAP Change Management, you will play a key role in driving and optimizing Infineon’s global SAP change management process, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and collaboration across stakeholders. You will leverage innovation, process expertise, and cutting-edge tools to enhance SAP operations, foster efficiency, and deliver impactful solutions.

• Support the global SAP change management process for all Infineon SAP systems and SAP Project Integration process
• Drive enhancements for both, ensuring best practices with internal and external stakeholders
• Being main contact for the global SAP Change Management workflow tool “Octane” in regards of SAP Operations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to oversee the budget for SAP changes and small SAP projects
• Monitoring of SAP Service Suppliers\‘ SLAs, compliance, and handling of escalations within the SAP Change Management
• Maintain and create dashboards
• Foster process and tool innovation by e.g., AI, Process mining technology

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or similar
• At least 1 year of experience with an overview of the business application landscape
• A major interest in a process-oriented work mode and openness for new IT technologies
• Fluent communication skills as well as the ability to drive initiatives to a successful end
• Fluent English language skills – preferably German language skills
