Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As an AIOps Engineer, you will evolve our DevOps ecosystem from manual task automation to intelligent, data-driven decision-making. You will start by standardizing application baselines through deep observability and gradually implement AI-driven root cause analysis, anomaly detection, and automated remediation.

• Application Baselining & Observability: Use OpenTelemetry (OTel) to standardize the collection of logs, metrics, and traces across distributed systems and establish performance baselines to identify \“normal\“ behavior and train anomaly detection models
• AIOps Evolution: Transition the environment from reactive firefighting to proactive optimization using AI/ML to correlate disparate signals and reduce alert noise
• GitOps & Continuous Deployment: Manage and scale Kubernetes-based deployments using ArgoCD, ensuring infrastructure and application state are strictly synchronized with Git
• CI/CD Pipeline Orchestration: Build and maintain robust automation pipelines using GitLab CI and Jenkins to ensure rapid, secure software delivery
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision cloud-agnostic infrastructure with Terraform and handle complex configuration management using agentless Ansible
• Monitoring & Visualization: Design advanced dashboards in Grafana powered by Prometheus to visualize real-time system health and AIOps-driven insights
• Lifecycle & Version Management: Lead system-wide version upgrades and patching for Linux-based environments, networking components, and the DevOps toolchain to ensure security and stability

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A university degree in engineering or a related field (Bachelor/Master)
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Operating Systems and Networking: Deep expertise in Linux administration, including kernel tuning and shell scripting (Bash/Python) and strong understanding of networking protocols, service discovery, and traffic management (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing)
• Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes clusters, including resource management and troubleshooting
• Automation Tools: Proven experience with ArgoCD, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI, and Jenkins
• AIOps Mindset and Observability Stack: Experience (or strong interest) in utilizing ML models for predictive scaling, event correlation, and self-healing workflows and proficiency in OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Fluency in English is mandatory
