Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Design complex analog and mixed signal circuits within an international team. Own specifications, architecture trade‑offs, and silicon performance targets while collaborating closely across functions
• Define and execute the verification strategy for analog modules. Create testbenches, plan corner and Monte‑Carlo coverage, run and analyze simulations according to sign‑off criteria
• Provide technical direction to and partner with layout engineers to achieve matching, noise, IR/EM, ESD, and DFM goals. Review layouts and drive parasitic‑aware optimization through post‑layout verification
• Work closely with concept engineering and circuit modeling to translate requirements into robust analog architectures and contribute to the creation of behavioral models for top-level integration
• Support post‑silicon activities: correlate silicon to simulation results, partner with bench and test engineers to debug issues found in measurements, and support product qualification
• Work on methodology topics, including Artificial Intelligence

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field with a focus on electronics
• At least 5+ years of experience with analog circuits (preferably in but not limited to the industry)
• Good knowledge of analog electronics and semiconductor physics
• The capacity to think by yourself coupled with the will to learn from others
• A strong ownership and proactivity mindset
• The ability to partner with cross-functional and international teams and to work and communicate well in a team
• Strong English communication skills; German is a plus
