Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Senior Staff Engineer Test Engineering, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing test strategies for our advanced products. You will define robust test concepts and collaborate closely with Concept Engineers and IP teams to establish high-quality, cost-effective, and timely requirements for DFT (Design for Test) implementation.

• Support Product and Test Engineering teams to understand test needs, provide DFT solutions, debug issues, and continuously optimize test costs
• Develop strategic test time roadmaps supporting Test Engineers in the creation and refinement of test programs
• Ensure all test programs are fast, efficient, reliable, and fully aligned with required specifications
• Define hardware requirements for test boards, create test board schematics, and provide expert support to Test Engineers during hardware development
• Contribute to development projects working closely with the main project roles

• A Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field of studies
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Test Engineering or related fields, including hands-on experience in ATE (e.g.: v93000 Advantest) test development for analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits, with a strong emphasis on analog power management IC (PMIC) testing
• Strong background in electronics and semiconductor technology, with experience in test hardware and test program development
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Programming or scripting experience is a plus (e.g., C++, Python, Java)
• Experience or strong interest in digitalization initiatives, including the application of Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning techniques for test automation or process optimization
• Proficient verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with global teams
