Senior Staff Specialist Communications

Drive Infineon India\’s brand visibility and market positioning by leading marketing communications, media relations, and large-scale event execution across the India market. This role serves as the central point for crafting compelling narratives around Infineon\’s semiconductor solutions advancing decarbonization and digitalization while ensuring consistent brand presence across trade media, industry events, and digital channels.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Large-scale event management: Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event reporting for major industry trade shows, seminars, customer events, and conferences including vendor coordination, logistics, budgeting, and on-site management.
• Provide writing and editing support for all external communications, including promotional materials, website content, speeches, and digital assets.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create and manage integrated marketing strategies spanning events, ad campaigns, Brochures, video and still photoshoots, and digital promotions.
• Ensure a uniform, consistent Infineon corporate image across all communication materials, trade shows, and branding touchpoints.
• Manage marcom budgets on a per-project basis and work closely with the Finance team on vendor payment processes.
• Execute digital media campaigns and identify optimal channels and sources to achieve defined reach and engagement targets.
• Maintain consistent marcom updates with IFAP HQ and regional teams.
• Consolidate event databases, create post-event reports, and conduct internal surveys to measure impact and drive continuous improvement

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• Drive Infineon India\’s brand visibility and market positioning by leading marketing communications, media relations, and large-scale event execution across the India market.
• 8-10 years of experience in marketing communications and media relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• This role serves as the central point for crafting compelling narratives around Infineon\’s semiconductor solutions – advancing decarbonization and digitalization – while ensuring consistent brand presence across trade media, industry events, and digital channels.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects independently.
• Semiconductor industry experience is preferred within the overall experience.
• Digital and content tools: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), digital promotion platforms, and digital content creation tools.
• Strengthen Infineon India\’s reputation as a trusted semiconductor solutions provider addressing energy efficiency, mobility, and security, and will act as a key liaison between India stakeholders, regional teams, and global marcom functions.

• Proven track record in managing large-scale events including industry trade shows, conferences, seminars, and multi-stakeholder corporate events is mandatory.
