Senior Staff Specialist Ramp Up and Change Management

In this role, candidate will be responsible for managing engineering samples, overseeing product creation, and driving successful ramp-up production to meet customer demand. Also, play a key role in business change management (BCM), collaborating closely with various teams to ensure smooth product transitions and align production with market needs. You will oversee the creation and maintenance of product master data, ensuring milestone releases and supporting safe ramp-up processes. Additionally, you will manage complex supply chain scenarios and lead ramp-up teams for timely product delivery.

In this role, candidate will be responsible for managing engineering samples, overseeing product creation, and driving successful ramp-up production to meet customer demand. Also, play a key role in business change management (BCM), collaborating closely with various teams to ensure smooth product transitions and align production with market needs.
Key responsibilities will include managing engineering samples, forecasting, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring material availability to support NPI Projects. You will oversee the creation and maintenance of product master data, ensuring milestone releases and supporting safe ramp-up processes. Additionally, you will manage complex supply chain scenarios and lead ramp-up teams for timely product delivery.

As a BCM project manager, you will handle business change flows, manage product change notifications (PCNs), and support customer documentation and strategies for change management. Your ability to communicate across departments and adapt to evolving business needs will be essential for success in this fast-paced and challenging role.

• Detailed Job Responsibilities as below:
  1. NPI Projects Sample Management and Ramp Production
     • Lead ramp-up teams in complex supply chain scenarios.
     • Manage NPI sample builds and ramp production, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with customer demand.
     • Lead engineering sample forecasting (ESFC), wafer starts, and build tracking across Frontend and Backend operations.
     • Coordinate capacity planning, slot bookings, and material readiness to support smooth engineering and ramp-up activities.
     • Drive ramp-up strategies, safe launches, and early production readiness in complex supply chain environments.
     • Champion cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless transition from development to volume production.
  2. Product Creation in Master Data
     • Set up and update master data according to product phase milestones.
     • Enable milestone releases in product BNRs upon milestone achievement.
  3. Business Change Management (BCM)
     • Act as a project manager for the BCM flow by taking full ownership of project till closure.
     • Set up customer PCN sample strategies.
     • Review and assess qualification plans.
     • Align with Demand Management (DM) during product ramp-up or ramp-down situations.
     • Generate and distribute PCNs (Product Change Notifications).
     • Compile and provide customer support documentation.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering) or related field experiences.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/semiconductor environment with exposure to NPI, product ramp-up, and engineering change management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/OneSAP), manufacturing processes, and product structures such as BOM and material master data.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Production, and Quality teams.
• Experience in project management, ramp planning, risk mitigation, and change implementation in high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
• Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in fast-paced ramp and change management environments.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset to address operational and process challenges.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven with strong ownership and accountability.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and build a collaborative team culture.
