Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Manage manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging.
- Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand.
- Ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
- Manufacture electronical, electromechanical or mechanical systems, parts or components corresponding to the given specifications, such as series as well as prototypes or single production.
- Debug and troubleshoot failed electronic components, assemblies and systems using test equipment and schematics.
- Compile and maintain test-related documentation including test plans, procedures, results and reports.
- Take on the role of primary owner for test floor machine healthy running to meet delivery requirement.
- Assist engineer for engineering project implementation.
- Solve known problems using basic troubleshooting skills and can function independently.
- Work as a team member of an integrated team to maximize tool availability and process yield.
- Provide basic support on disposition on low test yield affecting shipments and delivery.
- Co-work with engineer to deliver critical equipment KPI: such as OEE, Yield, etc.
- Assist engineer to conduct machine buy off and finish data collection.
- Initialize key learning summary and share to other technicians.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or other related fields.
- Minimum of 6 years of related working experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience in providing line support, equipment maintenance and machine conversion (tester and handler).
- Good interpersonal skill in managing/interacting with internal and external partners.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Willing to work in Gopeng, Perak.
- Willing to work 12 hours rotating shift (Day/Night).
