Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Knowledgeable in automatic test equipment and bench equipment operations
• Capable of doing equipment setup, diagnostics, failure isolation and fixing
• Performs test program and hardware check out, isolation, debug, and fix implementation
• Owns sub-project plans and execution
• Process reliability / production test program change request and reliability / production release

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Diploma in Mechatronics, Electronic, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering
• Must have passed English & Mathematics subjects at the SPM level
• Minimum of 4 – 6 years of related working experience in the semiconductor backend final test field
• Experience in ATE (automatic test equipment), specifically V93K or Nextest Magnum tester and test handler, specifically Esmo Talos, Seiko Epson
• Experience in handling the SLT or bench equipment
• Capable of component board-level soldering
• Able to work under minimal supervision, works well in a team and on shifts
