Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
In this role, you will drive test equipment performance, test program validation, yield improvement initiatives, and production ramp-up readiness while ensuring product quality, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Own and optimize electrical test systems, test programs, and test processes to ensure product quality, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency
- Lead qualification, validation, and release of new test solutions for product introductions, process changes, and production ramp-ups
- Drive yield improvement through data analysis, root cause investigation, corrective actions, and continuous process optimization
- Ensure stable operation and performance of test equipment, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and automation issues
- Develop, validate, and maintain test recipes, inspection systems, and equipment settings to meet production and quality targets
- Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to achieve manufacturing objectives
- Create technical documentation, define best practices, and train operators, technicians, and engineers to sustain operational excellence

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in Test Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, or a similar technical role

Experience in the semiconductor industry or within a research and development environment is considered an advantage

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team

Willingness to work in an international and multicultural environment, including international mobility when required

Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken, is mandatory
