SPC-APC Coordinator / SPC-APC koordinátor (f/m/div)

SPC-APC koordinátorként a vállalat folyamatszabályozási rendszereinek (SPC – Statistical Process Controll és APC – Advance Process Controll) működtetése, felügyelete során hozzájárulhatsz a KPI célok eléréséhez. As an SPC-APC coordinator you will operate and supervise the company's Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Advance Process Controll (APC) systems in order to achieve corporate objectives.
Feladatok / Your Role

• A statisztikai folyamatszabályozási rendszer (SPC) és az advanced (fejlett) folyamatszabályozási rendszer (APC) működtetése
  • SPC (SPACE) és APC (APC trend) szoftverek Key-User feladatainak az ellátása
    • Felhasználói jogosultságok kezelése
    • Megfelelő struktúrák kialakítása
  • Oktatási anyagok létrehozása és a felhasználók oktatása
  • Szabályzókártyák létrhozása, kezelése, felügyelete
  • Szabályrendszer kialakítása, bevezetése, oktatása és betartatása
  • Riportok definiálása, elkészítése, elemzések készítése
  • A vállalat (Infineon Technologies Bipoláris Kft.) képviselete és koordinációja a folyamatszabályozási és felügyeleti rendszerek (APC/SPC) tekintetében
    • Külső (vevői és tanusító) és belső auditokon
    • Infineon globál tekintetében
• Szoros együttműködés a folyamatmérnökökkel (Process Engineers), az IT és az automatizálási csapatokkal

• Operation of the statistical process control system (SPC) and the advanced process control system (APC)
  • Performing Key-User tasks for SPC (SPACE) and APC (APC trend) software
    • Managing user permissions
    • Establishing appropriate structures
  • Creating training materials and training users
  • Creating, managing, and supervising control cards
  • Developing, implementing, teaching, and enforcing rule systems
  • Defining, preparing, and analyzing reports
  • Representing and coordinating the company (Infineon Technologies Bipoláris Kft.) regarding process control and monitoring systems (APC/SPC)
    
    • At external (customer and certification) and internal audits
    • In terms of Infineon globally
  • Setup new APC workcenter
  • Create new SPACE directories and channels
• Close cooperation with process engineers, IT, and automation teams

Elvárások / Your Profile

• Felsőfokú műszaki végzettséggel (Villamosmérnök, Gépészmérnök, Mechatronikai mérnök, Mérnök informatikus) rendelkezel
• Aktív angol és/vagy német nyelvtudásával, önállóan kommunikálsz szóban és írásban
• Gyártási környezetben szerzett legalább 3 éves tapasztalatod van
• Általános áttekintő, műszaki szemléletmód, jó analitikai és problémamegoldó készségek jellemeznek
• Kezdeményező, fejlesztő szemléletű megközelítéseket alkalmazol
• Megbízhatóan kommunikálsz szakmai és tárgyalási ismereteid segítségével vállalaton belül, az anyavállalat képviselőivel, külső szolgáltatókkal
• Önálló munkavégzésedet magasfokú precízitás, pontosság jellemzi, míg munkakörödből adódóan mindemellett aktív csapatjátékos vagy

• Degree in Engineering / preferred: Electrical-, Mechanical-, Mechatronics-, Computer Science- Engineer
• Basic knowledge of statistical process control (Process capability, SPC)
• Hungarian is a must, active knowledge of English and/or German, communicates independently in written and spoken form
• At least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• General overview and technical approach, good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Uses proactive, developmental approaches
• Communicate confidently using your professional and negotiation skills within the company, with representatives of the parent company and with external service providers
• Able to work independently and with a high degree of precision, but also an active team player
