Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support standardized corporate communication for the Software Transformation (SWT) teams around the globe
• Write, edit, and publish newsletters and articles about SWT news, developer journeys, and events worldwide
• Create visually engaging materials (PowerPoint presentations, videos, posters, infographics, …) in line with the Infineon brand
• Maintain different communication platforms (Intranet pages, SharePoint, WebEx, Slido, etc.)
• Support planning, execution, and conduction of (virtual) events applying effective strategies to engage and interact with audiences
• Be involved in global change management activities across SWT initiatives
• Collaborate with software developers and product owners to map software developer journeys within our ecosystem, identify gaps, and translate technical insights into actionable communication and engagement strategies
• Apply a basic understanding of software and digital workflows to ensure communications and events are supportive of developer needs and aligned with product lifecycle stages

Your Profile

You excel at building collaborative relationships with colleagues from diverse cultures, blending storytelling and creative content creation with a curious, technical mindset to understand software processes and developer needs. Your creativity, organizational skills, and adaptability empower you to consistently strive for excellence in this role.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Communication Sciences, Journalism, Public Relations, Computer Science, or similar fields
• At least 3 years of professional experience in corporate communications, event management, or related roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a creative mindset to engage stakeholders effectively
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint
• Experience with TechSmith Camtasia or other video editing tools (plus)
• Familiarity with software development concepts, developer workflows, or UX journey mapping
• Fluency in English – German is a plus
