Job description
Working in an international team you’ll support our structure in Hungary when it comes to Payroll & Time topics as well as general HR topics. Every person is your teammate, and you have to make sure that everyone has their HR needs fulfilled. In your new role you will:
- Be responsible for smooth, daily operation of the HR administration systems and processes, precise handling of confidential information and documents
- Act as Center of Excellence for Payroll & Time topics and manage payroll operations, including absences, voluntary pension fund contributions etc…
- Provide HR administrational services
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations, and stay up to date on changes in legislation that may impact the company
- Coordinate payroll administration with our external payroll provider
- Generate HR data reporting to internal customers
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and files, both physical and electronic
- Take initiatives to improve and harmonize global and local HR processes
- Cooperation with our Business Support Centre
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR programs and policies are effectively communicated and implemented
Your profile
You have a background in Human Resources payroll and are used to supporting an industrial structure in different HR matters and needs. You’re best equipped for this role if you have:
- A University Degree, preferably in Economics, HR, Business Administration or related field or Human Resources experience (3 years) including payroll and time management activities
- Ability to manage and maintain accurate employee records and files, both physical and electronic
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in Hungarian and B2 level English
