Process end-to-end HR transactions and operational services accurately and timely, ensuring all deliverables meet established HR policies, procedures, and standards of quality and timeliness for stakeholders.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Process end-to-end HR transactions and operational services accurately and timely, ensuring all deliverables meet established HR policies, procedures, and standards of quality and timeliness for stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvement and automation to pursue operational excellence
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for Hong Kong, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements
• Support internal and external audits, including preparation of payroll reports and documentation
• Responsible in handling employee\’s payroll & Time related query through ticketing system on time with professionalism and discretion
• Handle and administer government-related subsidies and talent programs across sites, ensuring compliant and timely processing
• To participate in local, global project/activity assigned by manger

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Full-time University degree or above with 0-3 years related working experience, be familiar with labor law is a plus
• Has a strong willingness to learn and good logic thinking skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to pro-actively identify complex problems and develop solutions to solve problems
• Fluent in spoken and written English
