Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
You will have the opportunity to create and analyze HR reports, to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will play a vital role in ensuring data accuracy and enhancing reporting processes.

• Create and maintain weekly and monthly HR reports, collecting, cleaning, and validating data
• Analyze trends and results to provide actionable insights and support business decisions
• Implement and monitor robust data quality controls to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards in all reporting activities
• Streamline and enhance reporting processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative reporting solutions and tools
• Adapt reporting workflows to meet evolving business needs and expectations

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage and optimize HR reporting processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role (experience in HR reporting is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with additional knowledge of tools like Tableau as a plus
• Familiarity with HR systems and databases, such as SAP HR
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
• Fluency in English and reading skills in German
