Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
You will have the opportunity to create and analyze HR reports, to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will play a vital role in ensuring data accuracy and enhancing reporting processes.
- Create and maintain weekly and monthly HR reports, collecting, cleaning, and validating data
- Analyze trends and results to provide actionable insights and support business decisions
- Implement and monitor robust data quality controls to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards in all reporting activities
- Streamline and enhance reporting processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative reporting solutions and tools
- Adapt reporting workflows to meet evolving business needs and expectations
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage and optimize HR reporting processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role (experience in HR reporting is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with additional knowledge of tools like Tableau as a plus
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases, such as SAP HR
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Fluency in English and reading skills in German
