Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of goods to maintain product quality.Implement and follow SOPs to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy.
• Track logistics performance, identify issues, and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain warehouse documentation, including delivery orders, shipment records, and inventory reports.
• Support planning for space utilization and warehouse layout improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and workplace regulations.
• Lead and guide warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
• Warehouse designation.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, WMS, and shipping processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic warehouse systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in ERP or WMS systems.
• Understanding of import/export procedures.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience.
