Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support management in Project Resource Planning
• Prepare and follow-up on meetings with managers to review resource planning
• Organize and support of project release boards
• Supporting project managers in terms of data base entries for chip development projects
• Support financial controllers in project cost and schedule controlling
• Maintaining project containers with project information in the data base

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or a related field
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Familiarity with project management principles and frameworks is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse and international teams
• A collaborative, proactive, and team-oriented mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and achieving results
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
