Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Support in answering general inquiries related to recruiting, learning, and employee services through streamlined and standardized processes.
- Respond to customer inquiries via HR systems and strive for first-contact resolution.
- Address general questions, capture the required information or materials from customers, and escalate to the next level of support when necessary.
- Be responsible for maintaining and enriching the internal knowledge base to enhance customer support through the self-service HR system.
- Contribute to the creation, updating, and request of new response templates to ensure standardized, high-quality responses for eligible service cluster topics.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Degree in Management, Human Resources, Languages, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role are encouraged to apply.
- Team player with a strong service mindset and customer-oriented approach, committed to delivering service excellence.
- Able to take responsibility and consistently deliver high-quality service.
- Language proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
