Sr. PHY Validation Engineer - Automotive Ethernet

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
Hardware Validation for Automotive Ethernet Solutions:

• Own and Maintain test bench hardware setups and scripts
• Support development of coverage for next generation products
• Electrical, functional, and feature validation of physical layer device system level platforms
• Work closely across functional groups to determine and implement test methodologies
• Develop test scripts to assist in customer system debug and issue resolution
• Support test automation efforts across the product life cycle to improve efficiency
• Support IC bring-up, debug, characterization, production test development

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of related professional experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and code revision control systems is required
• Demonstrated ability reading circuit board schematics, register map documentation is desired
• Proficient in lab equipment such as oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer etc.
• Experience working with any of the following standards is highly desired: MDIO/UART/JTAG/SMBus/I2C
• Good in English communication
