Sr. Staff Product Application Engineer

Your Role
The Sr. Staff Engineer is responsible for product application support of intermediate DC/DC bus converters for AI computing, datacenter, and telecom applications.
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Technical Support:
  • Provide expert technical support to customers in AI computing, datacenter, server, and telecom applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to intermediate bus converter (IBC), high-voltage (800V or +/-400V) IBC, digital DC/DCconverter, digital AC/DC PSU
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into broader system design
• Go-to-market materials and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of evaluation board, user guide, technical application notes and white papers
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs for team members and customers

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• MSEE preferred with hands-on experience in high-frequency, high-current, high-density DC/DC switch mode power supplies
• 5+ years in digital DC/DC converter design
• Extensive knowledge of high power density DCDC magnetics design, simulation, power loss estimation, and hands-on debugging
• Experience with safety and EMI compliance
• Experience with PCB design tools, Altium or Allegro
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written English
