Staff Engineer Maintenance Test

Drive planned maintenance definition to have comprehensive equipment maintenance to ensure all MS’ Tester and Handler safe to operate withhigh availability, good reliability & appropriate quality performance.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead a culture based on maintenance routines and engineering solutions using training, systematic troubleshooting and root cause corrective actions.
• Establish setup, conversion & troubleshooting guide to ensure all Tester and Handler equipment have reliable machine uptime.
• Investigate and implement counter-measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns to improve unscheduled downtime.
• Support for MS’ TSP maintenance engineering and ramp up of new technology (package, product, process)
• Responsible for repeat order equipment and spare part purchase for maintenance use.
• Familiar with RASCO Jaguar 3k handler/HANMI TNF/Gefasoft MSP.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology).
• More than 3 years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
• Be personally energetic, dynamic, proactive, committed, positive, enthusiastic and possess the ability to think laterally and act through reasoned decision making
