Staff Engineer Methodology & Flow Development

Understand user requirements and industry trends for continuous improvement of our flow environment and Deliver proactive support, trainings, and technical documentation to flow users

Your Role

• Provide state-of-the-art digital functional verification flows and methods to Infineon’s IC development projects
• Understand user requirements and industry trends for continuous improvement of our flow environment
• Deliver proactive support, trainings, and technical documentation to flow users
• Work with our EDA vendors to resolve tool issues and drive tool enhancements
• Mentor junior engineers on flow and methodology development

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in state-of-the-art functional verification methodologies such as metric-driven and formal verification
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain state-of-the-art development flows
• Proficient in System Verilog, VHDL, Verilog, UVM, and scripting languages
• Experience in technical leadership is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
