Staff Engineer Quality

<![CDATA[ We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality semiconductor devices that meet quality and reliability standards. The successful candidate will identify and address deviations, manage quality tools, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with quality-related documentation and audits.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Support the production of high-quality semiconductor devices and ensure compliance with quality and reliability standard
• Identify and address deviations that occur during production and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
• Manage quality tools such as 8D reports, ensure accurate and timely completion of reports and use reports to drive continuous improvement
• Drive or participate in change projects to improve processes and products, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to achieve improvements
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of quality-relateddocumentation
• Prepare for and participate in audits, implement corrective actions to address audit findings or observations
• Identify areas for improvement in processes and products and implement changes to achieve improvements

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor\’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or similar manufacturing field
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in spoken and written English
