Responsible for power modules WB, AOI and Welding process. Govern process specifications and procedures, responsible for relevant document review/update.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

1. Responsible for power modules WB, AOI and Welding process. Govern process specifications and procedures, responsible for relevant document review/update
2. Responsible for production deviation management, act as package owner and leader to drive 8D closure of FAR, MRB, SCAR with effective CA/PA
3. Responsible to identify and drive improvement actions in yield
4. Responsible for process improvement to improve stability and achieve next level of quality; define and drive productivity and cost saving, support localization activities
5. Act as key technical member in new material, process and method qualification

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

1. Bachelor\’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology
2. Min 5 years working experience on WB process, AOI and Welding experience are preferred, able to work under pressure
3. Good communication in oral and written English. Good team work and able to coordinate global stakeholders and projects
4. Statistical data analysis, analytical and problem solving skills
5. Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly
6. Expert in prosses knowledge and skills in manufacturing process, good equipment knowledge
7. Systematic problem solving methodology (e.g. 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA & Fish Bond)
8. Good reporting and presentation skills, logical and systematical thinking and project management experience
