Staff Product Application Engineer

Your Role
As product application engineer, you will support Infineon’s digital hot-swap controllers and integrated e-Fuse in AI computing, datacenter, server, and telecom applications.
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Technical Support:
  • Provide expert technical support to customers in AI computing, datacenter, server, telecom, and robotics applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to hot-swap and eFuse
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into broader system design
• Go-to-market materials and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of evaluation board, user guide, technical application notes and white papers
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs for team members and customers

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• BSEE or MSEE preferred in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 1–3-year experience in using digital & analog hot-swap controllers
• Basic PCB design and layout expertise
• Basic experience with simulation tools
• Are self-learning, self-disciplined, and a good team player
• Are extremely responsive, ready to jump on the most difficult design and/or customer issues instantly
• Are good at developing relationships with internal and external engineering community
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written English
