Drive executive-level decision making by leading COO Monthly Review preparation, delivering critical supply chain insights, responding to senior management analytics requests, and championing AI-driven automation. Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead the end-to-end preparation and coordination of input from the central excellence organization for the COO Monthly Review Meeting, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Provide regular, proactive updates to upper supply chain management on the development of the customer orders, including key trends, risks, and outliers.
- Identify, initiate, and drive continuous improvements in reporting tools and platforms to enhance transparency, efficiency, and data quality.
- Answer AdHoc Analysis Request from Senior Management for defined areas (e.g., order mgmt., inventory, allocation)
- Drive Automation and AI Adoption as Business Analyst
- Giving Governance for all division supply chain in certain domains for conversational agents on AdHoc questions and regular senior management briefing.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a comparable field.
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Excellence, Business Analytics, Consulting, or Operations Management.
- Proven experience preparing executive management reviews and senior leadership briefings. Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to derive business insights from complex datasets. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience working with reporting and analytics tools.
- Experience with AI, Generative AI, Conversational Agents, or Business Intelligence solutions is a plus.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex topics in a concise and management-oriented manner.
- Structured and outcome-oriented working style with excellent attention to detail.
