Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Oversee daily facility operations and building systems (electrical, HVAC, water, fire safety).
• Coordinate maintenance tasks and ensure on‑time preventive maintenance.
• Manage vendors and contractors; monitor service quality and SLA performance.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper documentation according to local regulations.
• Support office needs such as space planning, moves/changes, and meeting room management.
• Prepare monthly reports, track expenses, and support budget planning.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in facility operations or maintenance.
• Knowledge of building systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with vendors.
