Staff Specialist IT - .NET FullStack Developer

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Design, build and run web applications & platforms based on .NET technologies that drive Infineon’s digitalization journey for R&D Requirement Management Solutions.
• Collaborate with other developers, architects, business analysts, UX experts and BIZ stakeholders to design and build a system that is efficient, effective, and scalable.
• Designing and implementing automation tools and frameworks for CI/CD, test automation, and deployment.
• Monitoring and managing infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, and scalability.
• Involvement at all stages of SDLC: analysis, design, development, unit and integration testing, UAT facilitation, packaging, deployment & operations.
• Work in cross-functional Scrum teams and follow DevOps practices & methods.
• Explore emerging trends and technologies in software development.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in computer science, Information Science, or a related field (Bachelor/Master).
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development with focus on .NET technologies, including architectural design and system integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI, and proficiency in version control systems like Git and Bitbucket.
• Expertise in modern web development frameworks such as Angular, React, Node.js, and ASP.NET Core, along with knowledge of TypeScript/ JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Competence in GraphQL API is a plus.
• Strong background with relational databases like MSSQL.
• Experience with cloud technologies and containerization/orchestration tools like Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (such as SCRUM and Kanban) and DevOps practices, including CI/CD and test automation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a cross-functional team environment.
