Your Role
Join us as Marketing Management Staff Specialist to grow Infineon’s Robotics business

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Drive Design-win and Revenue growth in Robotics applications
• Collect market feedback, support and align with HQ on China market dynamics and customer needs
• Define pricing strategy for Greater China to maximize profit margins
• Lead new product definition and proposals, specifically tailored to China market requirements
• Deliver technical training on products and applications to customers and distributors

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• BSEE or MSEE in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in product development or technical sales in motor control, power conversion or adjacent fields
• System-level experience or knowledge of motor drives preferred
• Business-fluent English and native Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, accountable, creative problem-solver, and strong team player
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required
