Staff Specialist Master Data Management

Accountable for delivering BE Factory Master Data to site Operations and Support Functions to support mass production.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Accountable for monitoring the accuracy and timeliness of Master Data updates and maintenance for new and existing product releases.
• Accountable for monitoring data accuracy in PGS+PL sustaining across back-end sites.
• Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of master data-related issues.
• Accountable for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of Master Data readiness.
• Accountable for MDM solution standardization and governance across back-end sites.
• Responsible for MDM process automation and continuous improvement in line with business changes.
• Responsible to train newcomers.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• Background in IT-related fields (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with good problem-solving and strategic analysis abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
• Strong logical thinking and reasoning skills.
• Experience in SAP, Opcenter (MES), Oracle SQL Development, Business Warehouse, Business Objects, Tableau, Visual Basic, and Microsoft Excel macro functions will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
