Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Project Management: Lead and manage outsourced subcon Process Integration projects, ensuring alignment with defined timelines, established project milestones, and scope.
- Process mapping and improvements: Develop and improve processes, enabling seamless knowledge transfer and adherence to process standards.
- New Site Enablement: Serve as the key interface to deploy and integrate process requirements into new partner sites, ensuring readiness and scalability.
- System Integration: Facilitate the integration and optimization of key processes and operations into MES/ ERP (SAP is preferred) tools, ensuring smooth data flows and end-user accessibility through continuous system improvement.
- Quality & Cost Excellence Initiatives: Contribute to the execution of speed, cost, and quality improvement programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing operational efficiency
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in system migration or integration.
- Project Management Expertise: Proficient in managing complex integration projects with excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills.
- Experience delivering on tight timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Process Mapping Skills: Strong capability in analysing, defining, and documenting operational workflows to streamline processes.
- Technical Proficiency: knowledge of ERP / MES system integration and functionality, with the ability to translate process requirements into system solutions.
- Comfortable with working on ERP systems/tools.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams, regions, and organizational levels to align goals and drive process improvements.
- Proactive and results-focused mindset.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with vendor managed operations , Semiconductor/Test Assembly manufacturing processes, and production planning practices is highly preferred.
